Project Overview:

This project involves in creating a native app in both iOS and Android for the Participant user web. Explain the main design strategies involved in working on this app.
Design Process:

This involves a series of steps for creating an app that is good for both users and business. It is a non-linear process and so the designer will go back and forth with the system to get the best outcome.

The steps involved for this project are:
1. Customer journey
- User research and competitive analysis.
- User interviews and product owner interviews.
- User persona creation and empathy mapping
2. Ideation
- User flow.
- Information architecture.

Customer Journey:

This involves a series of steps for understanding the needs of the users and the business owners. For this I conducted user and product owner interviews. From the interviews I created Personas and worked on empathy mapping.
I also worked on competitive analysis with the apps in the market. This involves SWOT analysis of apps such as wells fargo, BOA and apple wallet and pay.

In this I worked on the user flow and IA for the app itself. This involved in making sure that the users can reach their end goal easily with fewer steps. For this I performed a lot of testing to make sure the end goal is reached.

Testing and Governance:
Testing was done mainly using Survey monkey and User testing tools. Worked on feedback analysis and implemented them accordingly.
Documentation of the UI specs and the tab order to share with the dev team so that it is easier for them to work in the backend side of things for the app.
